Discover Your Joy - 3 Month

A jumpstart into your new life. These sessions help you discover some of your blocks to joy and begin the journey to a more fulfilling life.

Package Includes:

  • Six (6) 60/75 -minute video sessions within 3 months.

  • Tailored mind-body exercises. These are based on your intake form, life assessment, and information from your first session.

  • Weekly accountability by text or e-mail.

 

Living Empowered - 6 Month

Truly living an engaged and empowered life. These sessions help you conquer your obstacles and establish a strong foundation to living fully.

Package Includes:

  • Eighteen (18) 60/75-minute, regularly scheduled video sessions within 6 months.

  • One 60-minute emergency session.*

  • Tailored mind-body exercises. These are based on your intake form, life assessment, and information from your first session.

  • Weekly celebration check-in sessions to help monitor your progress.

  • Daily journal questions.

*Emergency sessions are within reason. I will work with you in every way possible to contact you back within 24 hours. Please note, this includes taking time zone differences into consideration and understanding that there will be times I may be totally out of touch. In these cases, I will have another coach on standby to assist you with your concerns.

 

Living Your Best Life - 12 Month

Living a life of fulfillment and Joy. These sessions help give you the divine reset. We fine-tune and set healthy abundant patterns. Time helps you reinforce and redefine a life of fulfillment.  

Package Includes:

  • A total of twenty-five (25) 60/75-minute, regularly scheduled video sessions within 12 months.

  • One 60-minute emergency session.*

  • Together we set your course for the first 3 months. I consider this your boot camp.

  • The first quarter of your program we will meet weekly.

  • Weekly check-ins 4 days after each session by e-mail questionnaire.

  • Thirteen (13) 60/75-minute sessions will be set up based on what we need to support your discoveries.

  • Tailored mind-body exercises. These are based on your intake form, life assessment, and information from your first session.

  • Daily journal questions.
